SIVA MODEL:


From buyer point of view each marketing tool is designed to deliver benefits to the customer.

SIVA Model is a customer centric approach it is an alternative to the 4ps of marketing.
Marketing activities have been proposed with the customer driven approach.

The four dimensions SIVA and corresponding questions these are designed to answer are:

  1. SOLUTION - How to solve the problem?
  2. INFORMATION - Where I can Learn more info about?
  3. VALUE - My price to get this solution?
  4. ACCESS - Where can I find it?

 Solution:

"How to solve my problem?"

The solution part of the SIVA model answers the customers question "how to find solution for the problem, customer faces:

The solution here is identified as the product or service to be marketed.

Information:

"Where I can Learn more info about?"

The information part is about, "where customer can learn more about it?" 

The information implies the promotional activities designed for the customers.

Value:

"My price to get this solution?"

Value part of SIVA model  show how much the customer have to spend in terms of price to get the solution.

Access:

"Where can I find it?"

The access shows the place where the customers can get the solution.
